The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an international call from the Government of Mexico for its annual scholarship program entitled “Call for Excellence Scholarships from the Government of Mexico for Foreigners 2024.”
The validity period of this international call extends from May 16 to June 28, 2024.It is worth noting that this scholarship program covers all levels of university training (licence's, master's, and doctorate) in various fields of study.
As for the registration procedures, it should be emphasized that registration in this program must be done only in Spanish and online via the electronic link: http://sigca.sre.gob.mx
Interested candidates should submit their application to VREX in order to communicate with the MESRS.
